We aim to make delivery simple, clear and reliable. This policy explains where we ship, how delivery works, and what to do if there is a problem with your order.

We want your JINC order to arrive safely and with as little friction as possible. Below you'll find our current shipping and delivery information.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified if international shipping becomes available, please get in touch and we will add you to the list.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the service selected and the size of your order.

Available options may include:

  • Standard delivery
  • Tracked delivery
  • Courier delivery for larger or bundled orders

We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within the timeframe shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service selected and your location within the UK.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the journal passes to you.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes or wider supply chain issues.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to help track it down.

Founding Edition orders

Founding Edition orders will be dispatched immediately upon payment being processed. Founding Members will receive priority dispatch ahead of any general public orders.

Founding Edition orders are also covered by our 30-day peace of mind guarantee. If JINC does not bring you clarity and reassurance, you may request a full refund. Full details are available on the Founding Edition page.

Returns summary

If you change your mind after delivery, your return rights will be handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.

In summary:

  • You may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods
  • Items should be returned in original condition where a return is accepted
  • Used or written-in journals are not eligible for a standard return
  • Customers are usually responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your journal arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A repair, where appropriate
  • A full or partial refund

Return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us or reimbursed on reasonable proof of cost.

Order updates

When you place an order, you will typically receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A dispatch confirmation email
  • Tracking details where a tracked service has been selected or provided

We aim to keep you informed throughout the order process.
