You must not:

All content on this website — including text, design, imagery, branding, layouts and product materials — belongs to JINC or is used under licence.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All products listed for sale are in stock and available for dispatch unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment is collected at checkout via secure third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

We do not store card details.

Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.

7. Shipping & delivery

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the journal passes to you.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist.

8. Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel an order, please email enquiries@j-in-c.co.uk and include your order number.

9. Returns & refunds

Your statutory rights

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.

30-day peace of mind guarantee

In addition, we offer a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. If JINC does not bring clarity or reassurance, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Used or written-in journals
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or faulty items

If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days at enquiries@j-in-c.co.uk with photographs where possible.

We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.

10. Founding Member benefits

Founding Member benefits, including lifetime discounts and JINC app access:

• Apply to the original purchaser only
• Are non-transferable
• Are intended for personal use

We reserve the right to adjust benefits if required for legal, operational, or financial reasons, with transparent communication.

11. The JINC app

Access to the JINC app, when available, is provided as a supplementary service.

While we aim for reliability, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Features may evolve over time.

12. Product descriptions

We make every effort to present our products accurately. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Digital mockups represent the final design
• Minor production refinements may occur

Any adjustments will not materially alter the quality or purpose of the product.
